Reporting a concern
Two separate channels, because they need different readers. A report of suspected impropriety goes to the Audit Committee without passing through management. A complaint about a property or a purchase goes to management, who can resolve it.
Integrity report
Bribery, fraud, an undisclosed conflict of interest, an impropriety in financial reporting or internal control, or a danger to health and safety. Open to employees and to anyone who deals with the Group. It may be made anonymously.

Complaints
A property, a purchase, a sales process, building management, or the conduct of a development or a sales office. Handled by management. Complaints about a development in the mainland of China may be made in Chinese, or at the sales office or property management office of that development.
