A Cheuk Nang residential development

Cheuk Nang (Holdings) Limited · 131.HK

Developments

Residential property in Hong Kong, Hangzhou, Shenzhen, Macau and Kuala Lumpur — built, held and managed by the Group.

Cheuk Nang has been putting up homes since 1988, and keeping a good deal of what it puts up. A company that expects to hold a block for decades designs it differently, with care taken over details that only show themselves years later, and the estates are run afterwards by the same hands that raised them.

Water runs through most of it. Pok Fu Lam and Cheung Chau look west over the sea, the Peak down across the harbour, Ting Kau out to the Tsing Ma Bridge, and Hangzhou along the Grand Canal itself.
