1. About these Terms
1.1 This website at cheuknang.asia is operated by Cheuk Nang (Holdings) Limited (the “Company”, together with its subsidiaries, the “Group”), a company incorporated in Hong Kong with limited liability and listed on the main board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited under stock code 131.
1.2 These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of this website. By using the website you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the website.
1.3 The Company may amend these Terms from time to time. The version in force is the version published here, and the date it took effect is stated below.
2. The website is for information only
2.1 This website is published for general information about the Group and its activities.
2.2 Nothing on this website is an offer, an invitation to treat, a solicitation, or a recommendation to buy, sell, lease or subscribe for any property, security or interest, and nothing on it forms part of any contract. No statement on this website should be relied on in connection with any transaction. A transaction with the Group is governed exclusively by the formal documents executed for it.
2.3 Nothing on this website is intended as legal, financial, investment, tax or professional advice, and it should not be relied on as such. You should take your own advice.
3. Property information
3.1 Descriptions, particulars, dimensions, areas, plans, unit counts, densities, planning and building approvals, dates and other details of the Group’s developments are given in good faith as a general guide. They are drawn from the Group’s records, its annual reports and filings, and older regulatory approvals, and they may have changed since publication.
3.2 Images. Photographs may be archival, and are captioned with the year where it is known. Computer-generated images, renderings and artist’s impressions are impressions only: they are not photographs, they may show a scheme that has not been built or that has since been altered, and they do not form part of any description of a property. Furnishings, landscaping, finishes and surrounding views shown in any image are illustrative.
3.3 Approvals lapse. Where this website refers to a development order, building plan approval, tender, permission or consent, the reference is to the approval as granted at the date stated. Approvals and submissions may since have expired, lapsed, been amended or been superseded, and this website does not represent that any of them remains current.
3.4 Where a first-hand residential property in Hong Kong is offered for sale, the sale is subject to the Residential Properties (First-hand Sales) Ordinance (Cap. 621), and the statutory sales brochure, price list and other prescribed documents for that development prevail over anything on this website.
4. Regulatory information prevails
4.1 This website reproduces or summarises information published by the Company as a listed issuer, including annual and interim reports, results announcements and other filings.
4.2 In the event of any difference between this website and the corresponding document as published on HKEXnews, the document on HKEXnews prevails. HKEXnews is the authoritative record. The Company’s constitutional documents, its filings with the Companies Registry, and the register of members maintained by the Company’s share registrar are similarly authoritative as to their own subject matter.
4.3 Statements on this website about the Group’s plans, intentions, expectations or prospects are forward-looking. They reflect the position as at the date of publication, they are subject to risks and uncertainties outside the Group’s control, and actual outcomes may differ. The Company does not undertake to update any forward-looking statement.
5. Accuracy and availability
5.1 The Company takes reasonable care in preparing this website. It gives no warranty, express or implied, that the content is accurate, complete, current or fit for any purpose.

6.2 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
7. Intellectual property
7.1 All content on this website — text, photographs, renderings, plans, drawings, graphics, video, layout and design — is owned by the Company or by a member of the Group, or is used under licence, and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights.
7.2 The names Cheuk Nang, 卓能, and the names of the Group’s developments, together with the Group’s logos and devices, are marks of the Group.
7.3 You may view this website, and print or download extracts, for your own personal and non-commercial use, provided you keep all copyright and proprietary notices intact.
7.4 You may not otherwise copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, transmit, adapt, frame or exploit any part of this website, or use it to build any database or dataset, or use any automated system to extract content from it, without the Company’s prior written consent. Reproducing the Company’s regulatory filings in the form published on HKEXnews is not restricted by this Section.
8. Your use of the website
8.1 You must not use this website in any way that is unlawful, that interferes with its operation or security, that attempts to gain unauthorised access to any part of it or to any system connected to it, or that imposes an unreasonable load on it.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction
11.1 These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or with your use of this website, are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China.
11.2 You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
12. Language
12.1 These Terms are published in English and in Chinese. In the event of any inconsistency between the two versions, the English version prevails.
