A 40-storey tower in the Golden Triangle, a few minutes’ walk from KLCC and the Petronas Towers.

Changkat Perak turns off Lorong Perak in central Kuala Lumpur, and Parkview was the first thing the Group raised along it, owned and run since by Martego Sdn Bhd — incorporated on 26 February 1990 and wholly owned by Cheuk Nang (Holdings) Limited.

Forty storeys went up by 2006, holding 417 units, with a clubhouse below and a pool on the roof. Twenty-seven are kept furnished and let as serviced apartments, for a few nights or for months at a time; a small number of units remain available for sale.

The Golden Triangle

Kuala Lumpur City Centre is close enough to walk to, and with it the Petronas Twin Towers, Suria KLCC, Dewan Filharmonik Petronas, Pavilion Kuala Lumpur and the Convention Centre. The office towers stand in the same few streets: Menara Maxis, Menara Citibank, Menara ExxonMobil.

Rail

KLCC light rail station is about a ten-minute walk.

Consent

What the development order allows

A development order from Dewan Bandaraya Kuala Lumpur, amended in October 2019, permits up to 879 condominium units with 967 car parking bays. The approved scheme is two 50-storey blocks and one of 46 storeys, holding 804 units above a seven-storey podium with a basement, and a further 27-storey block of 75 units, in four phases.

The lots are separated by a drain reserve, currently covered and used as an extension of the car park on Lot 11385. Lorong Perak is reached from Jalan Sultan Ismail and Jalan P. Ramlee, which leads into Kuala Lumpur City Centre.
