Parkview Serviced Apartments

A 40-storey tower in the Golden Triangle, a few minutes’ walk from KLCC and the Petronas Towers.

Parkview is the first phase of the Group’s development at Changkat Perak, off Lorong Perak in central Kuala Lumpur. It is owned and operated by Martego Sdn Bhd, incorporated on 26 February 1990 and a wholly-owned subsidiary of Cheuk Nang (Holdings) Limited.

The tower completed in 2006 and contains 417 units with a clubhouse and a rooftop pool. Twenty-seven of them are run as furnished serviced apartments for short and extended stays; a small number of units remain available for sale.

Parkview sits within walking distance of Kuala Lumpur City Centre. The Petronas Twin Towers, Suria KLCC, Dewan Filharmonik Petronas, Pavilion Kuala Lumpur and the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre are all close by, as are Menara Maxis, Menara Citibank and Menara ExxonMobil.

Rail

KLCC light rail station is about a ten-minute walk.
