Golden Cotai No. 1 occupies a site of about 9,045 square metres in the centre of Seac Pai Van, on the northern side of Coloane. The Group has held the land since 2005 and the development is in progress.
The planning conditions allow residential, commercial and tourism use, giving scope for a mixed-use scheme on a single site.

Location
Beside the light rail
Seac Pai Van is the only one of the three main residential communities in northern Coloane served by the Macau Light Rapid Transit, and the site adjoins the station. That puts Cotai, the Taipa ferry terminal and the airport within a short ride.
The surrounding community numbers some 24,000 residents, and about 31,000 within a five-minute walk of the site.
