星光大路一號 — a residential development on a 9,045 square metre site beside the Seac Pai Van light rail station.
Some 9,045 square metres sit at the centre of Seac Pai Van, on the northern side of Coloane, and the Group has held them since 2005. Work on the development is under way.
Residential, commercial and tourism use are all permitted under the planning conditions, which leaves room for a mixed-use scheme to be drawn on a single site.

Location
Beside the light rail
Seac Pai Van is the only one of the three main residential communities in northern Coloane served by the Macau Light Rapid Transit, and the site adjoins the station. That puts Cotai, the Taipa ferry terminal and the airport within a short ride.
Around 24,000 people live in the surrounding community, and roughly 31,000 within five minutes’ walk of the site.
