Cheuk Nang Riverside
卓能·河畔轩 — a riverside development of 840 completed homes on the Grand Canal, in the Linping district of Hangzhou.
Cheuk Nang Riverside is the Group’s residential development in Hangzhou, built and held by Bangjie Real Estate Development (Hangzhou) Co., Ltd (邦杰房地产开发（杭州）有限公司), a wholly-owned subsidiary. The development sits at the eastern end of Chonghang Street in Chongxian, where the Beijing–Hangzhou Grand Canal turns through the district and runs along the edge of the site.
Construction passed completion inspection in May 2017. The buildings were constructed by Guangsha Construction Group and designed by Hanjia Design Group, both listed Zhejiang companies. Since then the landscaping and planting have matured. The homes are finished and ready to occupy.

The setting
A riverside address
Half a century of building on the Hong Kong waterfront stands behind this one. The canal turns through Chongxian and the development sits inside the bend, with the water running along the edge of the site itself.
Riverside promenade
A planted walk follows the bank through the development and joins the Grand Canal greenway, part of the national cultural park, now continuous for 31.5 km.
Landscape and ecology
Water, mature trees and open ground are managed as one system. The banks stay green and the gardens work with the planting and wildlife already on the river.

Rail
Metro Line 15 and the Line 9 extension are under construction. Linping high-speed rail station reaches Hangzhou East in about 20 minutes.
Road
The Yunxi elevated road runs along the northern edge of the site, with the Zhonghuan and Wangmei Road viaducts running into central Hangzhou.
