Cheuk Nang Riverside
卓能·河畔轩 — a riverside development of 849 homes, including 22 villas, on the Grand Canal in the Linping district of Hangzhou.
Cheuk Nang Riverside is the Group’s residential scheme in Hangzhou, raised and held by Bangjie Real Estate Development (Hangzhou) Co., Ltd (邦杰房地产开发（杭州）有限公司), a wholly-owned subsidiary. It occupies the eastern end of Chonghang Street in Chongxian, where the Beijing–Hangzhou Grand Canal turns through the district and runs along the edge of the site.
Topping out and completion inspection both came in May 2017. Guangsha Construction Group built it to a design by Hanjia Design Group, two listed Zhejiang companies.
Investment has continued every year since, in the grounds and in the amenities. Planting has had time to mature while buildings and facilities were kept current. Homes are finished and ready to occupy.

Chongxian falls within the Grand Canal Science and Technology Innovation City, a 91.6 km2 development zone in northern Hangzhou covering digital economy, artificial intelligence, life sciences and e-commerce industries.
Rail
Metro Line 15 and the Line 9 extension are under construction. Linping high-speed rail station reaches Hangzhou East in about 20 minutes.
Road
The Yunxi elevated road runs along the northern edge of the site, with the Zhonghuan and Wangmei Road viaducts running into central Hangzhou.
Around the site
Chengbei China Merchants Garden City and Linping Intime, district schools, and the Chaoshan scenic area and Tangqi water town to the north.
