Our company philosophy
“Build homes for good people.” Cheuk Nang was founded by Dr. Cecil Chao Sze Tsung, a visionary architect who helped shape Hong Kong’s cityscape from the 1950s. He began as a civil servant in the then Buildings Office (BO), and famously signed the Occupation Permit for the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Central — the gathering place for the movers and shakers of the era. Seeing the potential in real estate, he set up his own firm and built residential and commercial properties around the world.
